After years searching lost South Pacific Islands, We have finally captured and put on display the mighty KING GORIRA! Believed by many to be the first movie-themed pachinko machine, this 1976 take-off on King Kong shows him perched upon a building and surrounded by planes. Fun to play and looks great! Fully restored with the forest playfield which seems quite appropriate for the big monkey. Although Nishijin machines from 1976 are not hard to find, this one is a favorite of collectors. It is fully functioning mechanically and although power is not required, the low reward tray "Stop" light and jackpot lights have been modified to run on a 9VDC battery which includes an on/off switch on the battery holder.

This Pachinko Machine was carefully and completely disassembled and all pachinko ball pathways and parts (plastic and metal) were cleaned thoroughly. The case and front trays were also similarly cleaned. The playfield was removed and relaced with a new brilliant vinyl reproduction with a 3-mil UV protecting laminate for decades of play. The jackpot lever axle was carefully polished smooth, cleaned and pivots easily under its own weight. The see saw (jackpot actuator) and all moving parts move freely and function like original. This machine pays out jackpots reliably with the soft, pleasant ringing of the bell.

Watch this machine in Action!

This beautiful machine would make a fine addition to any gameroom, or even to display at place of business. The unique qualities of these reconditioned machines never fail to spark interest in anyone who sees them. This machine is not a rusted and dirty pile of parts that you find on ebay from someone's garage. It is a showpiece, and you cannot find anything like it anywhere else.

The machine also includes: 500 brilliant rust free pachinko balls, a rear ball catch tray and a reproduction manual for similar Pachinko machine from the period. It also includes the shown wooden stabilizing feet. It does not include a key, but the front can be opened by means of the panel access lever in the back of the machine.

This vintage Pachinko Machine does have wear and aging typical for machines of this age and vintage, discoloration does NOT affect play. It has been reconditioned to a very high level, and is in an amazing condition for it's age. There will however be some minor imperfections from use in the parlors of Japan.
