The 1970 Tokyo front overflow from Nishijin is the only year Nishijin produced a front overflow model. It is easily recognizable by the large spout on the front that feeds the overflow tray. A small orange ball low-light can be found in the upper left, and a window in the lower left will display the balls in the jackpot. The win light (if used) was always located behind the center attraction. The spinners were 6-slot painted white with a red center.

One of the more popular center attractions is the Center Tulip (shown below)", although there are at least a dozen others.

The expiration sticker will be be attached to a larger sticker that is chrome with Nishijin Tokyo in black.

The front case was always a maize wood finish. The Tokyo-built frames will have a large bulge on the upper left and right of the frame and no frame bolts visible on the upper left. The loading mechanism is attached to the lower playfield and not the rear of the loading tray.
